Returns and Refunds policy

We offer a return policy on products that are classified as following.

  • Damaged in Transit

    • If damaged, don't accept delivery from the courier and notify us via email (deliciouslowcarb19@gmail.com).

    • If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged in transit, you should notify us immediately via email.

 

  • Incorrect product - This is in case we shipped the wrong product.

    • In the event that the product shipped is not what you ordered, please notify us via email, so that we can organise a return and a replacement can be sent immediately.

 

  • Faulty product

    • In the event that the product you have received is faulty on receipt or develops a fault, you may be able to return it. We require that you inform us of any faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt

 

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a product please do the following:

If you have not registered on our website:

  • Go to your Order confirmation email that you received when you placed your order.

  • Note your order number.

  • Email us with your order number and the particular product that you are requesting to return.

  • Explain why you wish to return the item(s)

  • Please allow us 3 working days to assess your request and we will get back to you with further instructions.

If you have already registered on our website:

  • Visit www.deliciouslowcarb.com.au & Login with your Username & Password

  • Go to "My Orders".

  • Locate the Order that contains the product(s) that you wish to return.

  • Email us with your order number and the particular product that you are requesting to return.

  • Explain why you wish to return the item(s)

  • Please allow us 3 working days to assess your request and we will get back to you with further instructions.

 

Products refer to all products sold by Delicious Low Carb such as Keto Cookies and other products and not just limited to Keto Cookies.

Returns Policy

We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, major faults/defects (including shipping) or does not match the description of what you ordered. Delicious Low Carb must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen calendar days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. 

We do not offer any refunds if you change your mind, or find the same or similar product cheaper elsewhere. Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund or accept returns for individual tastes, dietary requirements, change of mind or incorrect products ordered. Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
